All real estate photos are edited with a keen eye for detail. However, if I miss something – an extension cord, a pair of shoes, or something else that you'd like removed, simply let me know and I will take care of it. I won't nickel and dime you.

BILLING
Invoices are sent out at the end of every month. We accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle or checks.
STORAGE
Photos are stored for 12 months. You will have access to all of them during that time period via our web portal.
Trip Fee
If your MLS listing is located outside of a 25-mile radius of Milwaukee, a trip fee of $25 or more, may be added.
CANCELLATION & ACCESS:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a $50 late-change fee. Properties more than 25 miles from Milwaukee are charged the full session fee instead. If I arrive and cannot access the property because of lockbox issues, incorrect access codes or occupants not being available, it counts as a same-day cancellation and the same fees apply. A new appointment will be required once access issues have been resolved. Full details are on the Policies & Licensing page.

We also offer video walkthrough tours. A walkthrough video is a virtual tour of a home. It shows the home’s features and gives a better look at the details that go into homes. It is a great way to show off your home to potential buyers. It can give them a much better idea of what the property looks like and what it has to offer.
