Hotel & Hospitality Photography for Wisconsin Properties

Guest rooms, suites, lobbies, pools, fitness rooms, meeting space and on-site restaurants — photographed so the property looks like the one guests actually walk into. I cover a full hotel in a single visit, including FAA-licensed drone for exteriors and location context, and deliver web-sized and print-sized files for your brand site, your booking listings and your OTA profiles. Based in Milwaukee, traveling throughout Wisconsin.

Recent Hotel Work

Two southeastern Wisconsin properties, photographed end to end — guest rooms and suites, lobbies and breakfast, the bar and dining room, and the building from the air.

What a Hotel Shoot Covers

Guest rooms by type — king, double queen, studio and suite — plus the lobby, breakfast area, bar, pool, fitness room and any meeting or event space. Each space is shot the way a guest first sees it, so the photos set an expectation the property actually meets.

Built for Your Site, Booking Engine and OTAs

One visit produces files sized for everywhere a room gets sold: your own site and direct-booking page, your booking engine, your OTA listings and your Google Business Profile. The same look across all of them, so a guest comparing tabs sees one property, not three.

Shot Around an Occupied Hotel

Hotels do not close, so the shoot works around you. Room types get photographed after housekeeping turns them, common areas move between checkout and check-in, and the whole day stays out of the way of guests who are paying to be there.

Restaurant and Bar in One Visit

A property with a kitchen is two shoots in one trip. Rooms and amenities first, then plated food and the bar once the kitchen is ready — see food photography for how that half runs.

Drone for Exteriors and Location

FAA-licensed drone work shows what a ground photo cannot: the full exterior, parking and entrances, and how close the property sits to the highway, the lake, the stadium or whatever brought the guest to town.

Independent and Franchise Properties

Independent hotels, franchise properties and small portfolios across Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha counties, with travel further out for multi-property work.

Common Questions

Short answers on scope, scheduling, usage rights and how the files arrive.

What does a hotel photo shoot include?

Guest rooms by type, the lobby and common areas, breakfast space, bar or restaurant, pool and fitness room, meeting or event space, and exteriors including drone. The mix is agreed before the shoot so the day covers what you actually sell.

How long does a property take?

Most properties are a single visit. The number of room types, how much food and beverage space is involved and whether drone is included set the length. Send the property details and we will scope it.

Do you photograph occupied hotels?

Yes, and nothing needs to close. The schedule works around housekeeping and guest traffic, and each room type is shot once it has been turned.

How many room types should we shoot?

One of each type you sell separately. If a king, a double queen and a suite book at different rates, each needs its own photos — repeating near-identical rooms adds very little.

Do you shoot the restaurant or bar?

Yes, and covering it in the same visit beats booking a second shoot later. Plated food, the bar and the dining room can all run alongside the rooms.

Can we use the photos on Expedia, Booking.com and our own site?

Yes. Delivered photos can be used on your website and direct-booking page, your booking engine, OTA listings, your Google Business Profile and social — see policies and licensing for the full terms.

Do you fly a drone over the property?

Yes, under an FAA Part 107 license. Aerials are flown where the airspace allows; a property near an airport may need authorization first, which is arranged before the shoot.

How are the files delivered?

Through an online gallery — web-sized files for your site, booking engine and OTA uploads, and full-resolution files for print. Download what you need, as often as you need it.

What areas do you cover?

Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin as standard, and further out for multi-property work. Ask about anything outside that.
